Forest bathing is a practice of mindfulness and self care. The benefits of the practice include reduced stress, lower anxiety and blood pressure, improved sleep, mood and focus and a boosted immune system. Research suggests that to gain the holistic benefits, you should spend at least 15 minutes a day fully immersed in nature. That’s about 2 hours a week. When you book your forest bathing walk you are taking the first step towards getting your recommended healthy nature fix!

Unless arranged otherwise, all walks take place on Signal Mountain or in downtown Chattanooga. You will be emailed a meeting point in advance of your walk.
