Forest Harmony

Join us, for a series of spring gatherings in the forest to deepen your connection to nature and discover a sense of inner tranquility and calm. Together, we'll explore the healing power of nature, the transformative potential of sound, and the beauty of community connection. Whether you're seeking to relax your body, quiet your mind, or find new ways to connect with yourself and the world around you, this journey is an open invitation to explore, heal, and awaken.

Experience the Japanese practice of ‘Shinrin-yoku’ or Forest Bathing guided by Kate. With site-specific invitations that encourage a full body experience of the natural world through all five senses, this guided practice will help connect you more deeply with yourself, nature and the uplifting health benefits that can be received from the forest.

Enjoy gentle movement and stretches followed by a transformative sound bath meditation led by Surreina– allowing the harmonious vibrations to relax your nervous system, quiet your mind, and release the stress and pressures of life. These moments of deep relaxation and connection will pave the way for a closing heart-centered gathering, where we’ll share tea and reflections.

We hope you will join us for this journey of discovery and healing!
