Ruth Galpin is a seasoned professional with a successful career in the tech industry. In 2021, she bravely made the decision to step away from Silicon Valley during the Great Resignation. Now, as a certified whole person coach, Ruth combines her expertise in leadership and her passion for empowering women. Through her intensive 104-hour training with Coactive, she has honed her skills in guiding individuals towards self-discovery and personal growth. Ruth is really excited to inspire and support you on your journey to unlocking your true potential and becoming a confident leader in your own life.

Kate Kirnie is a mom and a creative guide. Through her professional work in the arts and her personal life, she has found experiences of wonder and awe to be the most powerful in opening pathways to empathy, joy and love. Since 2022, she has shared the uplifting holistic benefits of nature connection with others as a certified Forest Therapy guide. Through the Japanese practice of ‘Shinrin-yoku’ or Forest Bathing, she crafts site-specific invitations that hold space for others to tune into their senses, reconnect with their intuition and receive whatever it is they need most from the forest and the land.

Surreina Gallegos Gerbman specializes in empowering women through yoga, sound healing, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, ceremony and in-depth teachings. With over 30 years in holistic healing, and 15 as a prestigious Yogaworks teacher, she globally offers transformative experiences, weaving ancient and modern practices to awaken inner wisdom and facilitate healing.

Retreat schedule:

- 10:00 AM Access to the Rising Fawn Gardens beautiful property and Yoga House for personal time (optional). 

- 10:30 AM Restorative yoga and sound bathing with Surreina

- 11:30 AM: Simple healthy lunch provided

- 12:00 PM Self Discovery and Coaching facilitated by Ruth

- 2:00 PM Forest Bathing guided by Kate

- 4:00 PM Closing circle and tea ceremony
